GENERAL

I reserve the right to update my T.O.S at any time, and I ask that you read these.
If my rules are not respected, I have the right to refuse service to you.∘ Any art purchased from me can only be used by the commissioner.
⇀ Alternatively, if you were traded a character I've drawn art of, you may use the art.
∘ You are prohibited from using my art or designs in NFT or AI projects.∘ If you purchase art from me, you ARE allowed to:
⇀ use it in graphics, non-commercially
⇀ make small edits
⇀ post it, with proper credit and linking back to me, on various sites
⇀ ask for nontransparent files or sai files if you'd like
∘ You are NOT allowed to:
⇀ claim my work as your own
⇀ use it in commercial projects
⇀ trace my art
⇀ use my art in nfts or ai generatorsThings I will draw:
∘ Humans / Humanoids
∘ Animals / Furry designs
∘ Candy & Cartoon gore
∘ Drugs (weed, shrooms or tobacco products only)
Things I won't draw:
∘ Racist / derogatory content (slurs, racist symbolism, zoophilia, pedophilia, transphobic/homophobic content, etc.)
∘ NSFW
∘ Realistic gore
∘ Drugs like heroin, cocaine, or similar
∘ RobotsPlease do not request me to copy someone else's artstyle or trace over their work. I will not do it, and the artist you've requested a trace-over of will be contacted.If you break TOS, or issue a fraudulent chargeback, you may be blacklisted! You WILL be contacted beforehand to be made aware of this.

adopts & customs

∘ once you have paid for an adopt by me, you may use it in non-commercial content, though commercial content may be allowed if i am given notice & proper credit for the original design (no nfts).
∘ you are free to give adopts a name, backstory, & redesign the character as long as it keeps similarities to the initial design.
∘ adopts are posted on toyhou.se & will be transferred once payment is received! if you are not on toyhou.se let me know, & i can find you a code.
∘ you may resell the adopt for the price bought, & any art adds onto the worth!
∘ while i enjoy keeping track of my designs if sold or traded, do not feel obligated to tell me if you transfer the design to someone else!

PAYMENT, WIPS, & REFUNDS

∘ Prices are subject to change as I grow and develop as an artist! Please understand & be aware of that.
∘ Acceptable payment options are currently paypal, cashapp, and stripe, though if requested I am willing to look into other options.
⇀ If paying through paypal, remember to request goods & services, and select "no address needed" for shipping!
⇀ Invoices are sent once I've shown you a sketch WIP that you are happy with. The piece will NOT be completed until payment is sent.
∘ WIPS will be sent once per each phase of art! This means you will receive a Sketch WIP, a Lineart WIP, and a Color WIP. This is to allow for any needed changes requested by the commissioner.
∘ You may request a refund until I've finished your artwork & shown you a final, watermarked copy.
∘ If I'm unable to complete my art in the timeframe discussed or promised, I will issue a full refund.
∘ Once art is completed, refunds will not be issued.
